Beautiful but bitter poems
Fazel Nazari's poem collection "The Emperor's Cries" consists of thirty-eight social and romantic sonnets.
The majority of the poems are in the Khurasani style of Persian poetry. Despite the presence of ancient words and phrases, the poet has been able to appeal to modern audiences that are unfamiliar with old poetry, as evidenced by the "Moon" sonnet.
All of Fazel's poetry is renowned for its bitterness, as well as its beautiful pictures and unique subjects.
Although we previously stated that Fazel's poetry is renowned for its bitterness and that the presence of hopelessness in his sonnets is more than hope, perhaps his bitterness will be lessened if we consider some of his verses from the perspectives of despair in the world and hope for the world to come.
It's also important to note that Fazel's poetry has a good harmonic quality. The use of harmonic rhymes that complement the verse substance and the syllable placement make his poetry more enjoyable.
