North-south road transport corridor becomes 4-lane

TEHRAN - The managing director of Iran’s Construction and Development of Transportation Infrastructures Company (CDTIC) announced that the country’s north-south road transport corridor (Tehran-Bandar Abbas) has become four-lane, IRNA reported.
According to Kheirollah Khademi, as the only 10 kilometers of the Tehran-Bandar Abbas route which was not four-lane, the Badroud-Kashan Road has also become a four-lane highway and now all the length of the north-south corridor is comprised of four-lane highways.
