YAZD Vice President for legal and parliamentary affairs Hojjatoleslam Mohammad Ali Sadouqi said on Saturday that due to the increase in the number of press, and further political awareness of society, the sixth parliamentary elections would be very sensitive. Speaking at the provincial administrative council, he said that in order to respect the will and words of the late Imam Khomeini the status of organizations and political wings should be preserved in the upcoming elections.
Referring to impartiality of those screening candidates, he underlined that with the coordination made among Guardian Council, Majlis and the government, the reasons for rejecting the competency of candidates should be declared. (IRNA)
