Iran, China holding joint economic committee meeting

TEHRAN – Iran and China are holding their 17th joint economic committee meeting in Beijing, exploring avenues to expand bilateral relations in a wide range of areas.
Iranian Finance and Economic Affairs Minister Farhad Dejpasand, heading a delegation, arrived in Beijing on Monday for a two-day visit, IRNA reported.
During the meeting, the two sides discuss ways to boost ties in the fields of investment, trade, finance, banking, telecommunication, energy, environment, agriculture, health and tourism within the framework of specialized committees.
Several documents of cooperation will be signed at the end of the meeting.
