Copper cathode output up 61% in 10 months on year

TEHRAN- Production of copper cathode in Iran rose 61 percent during the first ten months of the current Iranian calendar year (March 21, 2018 - January 20, 2019) compared to the same period of time in the past year, IRNA reported.
As reported, over 200,000 tons of the product have been produced in the country during the ten-month period of this year.
Also, copper cathode output in the first ten months of this year has been 178,600 tons, or 11 percent, more than the anticipated figure.
Moreover, production of copper concentrate during the ten-month time of the present year has reached 997,535 tons, indicating four percent rise compared to the same period of time in the previous year.
