TEHRAN - Hossein Amir Abdollahian, a senior foreign policy advisor to the Iranian parliament speaker, said on Sunday that the Zionist regime of Israel will be the main loser of warmongering policies in the Middle East.

During a meeting with Russian Ambassador to Tehran Levan Dzhagaryan, Amir Abdollahian said, “The Zionist regime’s military and provocative actions are serious threats against regional security.”

On bilateral cooperation, he attached great importance to expansion of parliamentary ties.

Dzhagaryan said that Russia welcomes and supports expansion of cooperation.

Iran and Russia share common position and strategies and should expand relations and cooperation, he added.
