TEHRAN – During a Sunday meeting with members the parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif underlined the need to resist the U.S. pressure campaign against Iran, an MP said.

“In the meeting, Mr. Zarif presented a report on the recent regional and international developments and also the Foreign Ministry’s plans and activities,” Mehr quoted Ali Najafi Khoshroudi, the parliamentary committee spokesman, as saying.

The foreign minister further emphasized that all capacities should be put into use to meet the needs of the country in the face of U.S. sanctions, Khoshroudi added.
