Iran holds tourism session in Tokyo
TEHRAN – Iran’s Tokyo embassy on Wednesday hosted a tourism session with the aim of promoting Iranian culture and travel destinations.
The event was attended by tens of Japanese tourists, travel marketers and tourism officials, Mehr reported.
Experts from both nations delivered speeches about the Iranian culture and the tourist sites to make attendees further acquainted with the ancient country and deepening bilateral tourism ties.
Iranian Ambassador to Japan Morteza Rahmani-Movahed said in mid-September that Iran has its special attractions for all the tastes of Japanese tourists.
“Development of tourism relations between the two countries is one of important issues emphasized by the Islamic Republic of Iran,” the envoy highlighted in late September.
