TEHRAN – There is great capacity to develop relations between Iran and Russia, the Russian president’s special representative for the Caspian littoral states said on Saturday.

In an interview with IRNA, Ramazan Abdullatif said the determination of the leaders of Iran and Russia will help boost relations between the two sides.

Abdullatif said Russia has always called for solving accumulated problems in a way which will be in the interests of both sides.

He also said in order for the transportation system to develop, economic exchanges between the two countries should expand.
