TEHRAN – Chief of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) on Wednesday censured U.S. President Donald Trump for his “cheap comments” against Iran at the UN General Assembly, saying the current approach leads to more U.S. isolation.

Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari took a swipe at Trump, saying the ones who sow chaos, death, and destruction are the U.S. government and the reactionary regimes in the region, Tasnim reported.

“The direct and indirect crimes committed in Palestine, Syria, Iraq and Iran by the U.S. and the governments supporting the hegemonic system will remain in the memory of Muslim and non-Muslim people of these countries,” Jafari added.
