Papermaking up 35% in 10 months yr/yr

TEHRAN- Papermaking in Iran rose 35 percent to 640,000 tons during the ten-month period ended on January 19 compared to the same time span of the previous year, according to an official with the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade.
Parvin Nabati, the director of chemical and cellulose industries office of the ministry, also said that packaging paper making and export experienced 66 percent and 6 percent growth, respectively, during the mentioned period of time, IRIB news reported on Tuesday.
