Zarif in Baku to attend trilateral meeting

TEHRAN – Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Tuesday left Tehran for Baku, Azerbaijan, to participate at the 5th trilateral Iran-Azerbaijan-Turkey meeting which will be held on Wednesday.
The meeting aims to review economic cooperation in transit, transportation, energy and customs, IRNA reported.
The foreign ministers are also expected to discuss issues of mutual interests, especially political issues.
Political and regional cooperation to help maintain peace and stability are among other topics which are supposed to be discussed during the meeting.
