TEHRAN – The work on redesigning the Arak nuclear reactor is being carried out according to the plans and the reactor will be inaugurated in the next three to four years, the spokesman for the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran said on Wednesday.

“We also seriously try to increase our yellow cake reserves,” Behrouz Kamalvandi said, ILNA reported.

On negotiations with Kazakhstan to buy uranium ore, he said Iran is serious about acquiring the substance.
