TEHRAN – “Elections are no place for political score-settling,” the head of Environment Department said on Monday.
“I hope all the candidates come with the intention to build the future of Iran,” Masoumeh Ebtekar said, the Iran Labor News Agency reported.
Asked about her opinion regarding former president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s registration for presidential candidacy, she said, “I do not have anything special to say about that. I only hope good election is held and all come with goodwill.”
