Kazakh minister calls Iran “strategic partner”

TEHRAN – Zhenis Kassymbek, the minister for investments and development of Kazakhstan, called Iran his country’s strategic partner and emphasized boosting of relations in various areas, IRNA reported.
The official made the remarks in a meeting with Central Bank of Iran (CBI)’s Vice Governor for Foreign Exchange Affairs Gholamali Kamyab in Astana on Friday.
The two sides stressed the need for development of trade and economic relations following facilitation of banking cooperation.
