Japanese pianist joins Iranian orchestra for Tehran concerts

TEHRAN – Japanese pianist Etsuko Hirose has joined the Tehran Symphony Orchestra for concerts, which will be performed at Tehran’s Vahdat Hall today and tomorrow.
A repertoire of amazing world pieces, including Piano Concerto No. 2 by Sergei Rachmaninoff, Italian Capriccio by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, William Tell Overture by Giacomo Puccini and the Sorcerer’s Apprentice by Paul Dukas, will be performed during the concerts.
