Iranian-Afghan joint trade exhibition opens in Kandahar

TEHRAN- Iranian-Afghan joint trade exhibition inaugurated in Kandahar, Afghanistan on Tuesday, the website of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (TPO) reported.

As the website quoted Iran’s Commercial Attaché in Afghanistan Mohammadreza Karimzadeh, around 40 Iranian companies and 25 Afghan ones active in various sectors including foodstuff, home appliances, construction materials, and etc. are taking part in the event.
Noting that holding various exhibitions across Afghanistan paves the way to expand bilateral ties, Karimzadeh called for making joint venture, transferring some parts of production lines and recognizing the Afghan market needs.
The exhibition started operation in the presence of a visiting delegation from Iranian southeastern province of Sistan-Balouchestan.
