Iran, Azerbaijan sign MOU on media co-op
TEHRAN – A memorandum of understanding (MOU) has been signed between Iran and Azerbaijan to extend media cooperation.
The MOU was inked by Iran’s Deputy Culture Minister for Press Affairs Hossein Entezami and Azerbaijan’s Press Council Chairman Aflatun Amashov, the Persian service of MNA reported on Friday.
Based on the MOU, the two sides have agreed to expand bilateral cooperation between two countries’ press and media for three years.
Tehran hosted representatives of over 900 news organizations and media for the 22nd Press exhibition over the last week.
