What’s in Tehran art galleries

Photo

* An exhibition of photos by veteran Iranian photographer Nasrollah Kasraian is currently underway at Behnam Daheshpur Gallery.

The exhibit has been organized to raise funds for people suffering from cancer.

The showcase will be running until October 28 at the gallery located at 13 Marmari Alley, off Masjedi Alley, Jabarian St. in the Farmanieh neighborhood.

* Dena Gallery is playing host to an exhibition of photos by Azad Ahmadi. 

The exhibition named “The Chalice” will run until October 31 at the gallery located at 4 Sussan Alley off Qarani St.


Painting

* Paintings by Mehrdad Jamshidi are on show in an exhibition at Shokuh Gallery.

The exhibit will be running until November 1 at the gallery located at 19 Amir Nuri Alley, North Salimi St. near Andarzgu Blvd.

* An exhibition of paintings by Nilufar Sassani is underway at Gallery No. 26.

The exhibition entitled “Dream of Auschwitz” runs until October 26 at the gallery, which can be found at 26 Salmanpur-Zahir St., in the East Farmanieh neighborhood.


Sculpture 

* Sculptures by Hadi Mohebali are on display in an exhibition at Seyhun Gallery. 

The exhibit entitled “Condition Report” runs until November 2 at the gallery, which can be found at 24 Sinai Alley, off Keyhan St. and Moqaddas-e Ardabili Ave.


Multimedia

* Etemad Gallery is showcasing sets of installation art and sculptures by Kambiz Sharif.

The exhibit named “Silence” runs until November 15 at the gallery located at No. 4 Bukan St., off Yaser Ave., in the Niavaran neighborhood.
