TEHRAN - First Vice President Es’haq Jahangiri said on Monday that the government has prioritized creating occupation in underdeveloped regions.

During a meeting of the resistance economy headquarters, he said that unemployment can bring many negative consequences.

The government should support investment in the underprivileged regions of the country in a way that the investors become motivated economically to capitalize in such regions, he said.

Jahangiri also said that the economy should be evaluated within the framework of resistance economy.
