TEHRAN – In a letter on Saturday Yahya Rahim-Safavi, Supreme Leader’s military aide, congratulated former defense minister Ahmad Vahidi for being appointed as the dean of the National Defense University.

“Your fitting appointment which was ratified by the commander-in-chief was the cause of much happiness,” Rahim-Safavi said, the YJC reported.
