Iran calls for massive turnout for Bahman 22nd rallies

TEHRAN – On Wednesday, individuals, organizations, and political groupings called for a massive turnout for rallies that will be held on the 22nd of the Iranian calendar month of Bahman (February 11) to commemorate the 33rd anniversary of the Islamic Revolution in 1979. 
 
The Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, the Education Ministry, the Iranian Armed Forces, the Assembly of Experts, the Coordination Council for the Dissemination of Islamic Ideology, and a number of other individuals and organizations issued separate statements inviting Iranians to participate in the demonstrations. 
 
They all called on the Iranian people across the country to turn out in large numbers for the demonstrations to reaffirm their allegiance to the ideals of the Islamic Revolution and the late Imam Khomeini, the Founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
