Second Iran-Greece-Armenia Energy Meeting Held

TEHRAN Second session of the Committee for Trilateral Energy Cooperation between Iran, Greece and Armenia was held here Tuesday, it was announced here Wednesday. Addressing the session, Deputy Energy Minister, Hamid Chitchian referred to historical relations between Iran, Greece and Armenia and expressed hope that the positive and constructive trend between the three countries will continue in future. The first session of the committee was held in the Armenian capital of Yerevan last June, he said expressing satisfaction over the positive outcome of the first session.
Chitchian said that establishment of an energy information bank between the three countries as well as different ways to bolster trilateral cooperation including exchange of experts delegations, exchange of technology and economic know-how, and participation in one another exhibitions were reviewed in the first session. At the end of the meeting, a letter of understanding will be signed by the three sides.
