Iran-Senegal Medical Cooperation Discussed

TEHRAN Health Minister Mohammad Farhadi and Senegalese Culture Minister Abdoulaye Elimane Kane in a meeting here on Sunday agreed on cooperation between both countries in fields of pharmaceutical, production of medical equipment and vaccine and transfer of relevant technical know-how. They also agreed on exchange of information and experience in the domains of medical training and family planning and on exchange of pharmaceutical and health experts.
Farhadi, stressing the need for expansion of bilateral cultural, scientific and educational areas, said the ground has been paved for expansion of mutual cooperation in the fields of health, research, pharmaceuticals and production of medical equipment. Kane called on Iran to put its successful experiences at the disposal of Senegal. (IRNA)
