[pol]@h= Iran denounces bomb attacks on Shia mourners in Pakistan
@h= Iran has condemned terrorist attacks targeting ceremonies commemorating the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS), the third Shia Imam, in the Pakistani provinces of Sindh and Baluchistan.
Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham on Saturday offered condolences to the Pakistani government and nation as well as the families of the victims of the deadly blasts.
A bomb exploded in the in Jacobabad district, about 450 km north of the city of Karachi on Friday while another blast rocked the town of Chalgari, some 170 kilometers southeast of Baluchistan’s provincial capital Quetta on Thursday.
Afkham termed the perpetrators of the deadly explosions the enemies of the great nation of Pakistan and the Islamic community, Press TV reported.
She also expressed hope that the bombers will be identified and brought to justice by Pakistani authorities. The spokeswoman sympathized with those injured in the terrorist acts, wishing them a rapid recovery.
