TEHRAN - Businessman Babak Zanjani is to appear in court for a hearing session on Saturday, according to the Nasim news agency.

As scheduled before, Zanjani will appear in Branch 15 of the Revolution Court presided by Abolqasem Salavati, Zanjani’s lawyer Rasoul Koohpaye-zadeh said Friday.

Zanjani was arrested on December 30, 2013 by police for his alleged role in a massive corruption scandal.

It is not announced yet whether the hearing is going to be open.

Koohpaye-zadeh said the case is 209 volumes and he has not been able to read it through yet.
