TEHRAN - Iranian researchers have developed a device for measuring radioactive rays.

Other than in laboratory research, the machine can be used for measuring the intensity of rays given to patients with cancer during their treatment.
A member of the team involved in the scientific project said that the machine is on the list of items under international sanctions for trade with Iran, ISNA reported on Saturday.

He said the device can load 150 LTD cards each loading time and is provided with options to store or print data with an in-built computer.
