Iranian photographers offer works at Bonhams sale in Dubai

TEHRAN -- Iranian photographers will offer their works at Bonhams Photographs and Orientalist Art sale at the Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai taking place on April 13.
A selection of 85 works will go on sale at the auction coming from Australia, Europe, the United States and the Middle East out of which 24 belong to Iran.Bahman Jalali, Kurosh Adim, Shadi Qadirian, Siamak Zomorrodi, Rana Javadi, Alireza Faani, and Hojjat Amini are some of the participating artists.
A photograph entitled “Euphoria” by the award-winning Palestinian artist Steve Sabella is one of the highlights of the sale.
Along with the sale, Bonhams is also holding its annual top Orientalist Art auction which will include masterpieces by renowned European and American artists from the 19th and 20th Centuries. This sale will showcase some important examples kept in private hands.
