TEHRAN -- The first technical exhibition on office furniture and interior decoration will be held at Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds from January 27-30.

Some 405 domestic and foreign companies from 22 countries will take part in the event, IRNA reported.
Meanwhile, the 9th International Exhibition of Home and Office Furniture, Decoration and Interior Design, Machineries, Equipment and Accessories (MEDEX 2011) will also be held at Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds from February 7-10.
Some 260 domestic and over 145 foreign firms from countries such as Italy, France, Germany, China, the United Arab Emirates, India, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, Russia, Taiwan, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Spain, Canada, Denmark, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Belgium will take part in the event.
Iran exported 11.3 million worth of furniture in the first 9 months of current Iranian calendar year (ended December 21, 2010)
