TEHRAN - Zob Ahan is to meet Al Riyadi of Lebanon in the West Asia Basketball Association (WABA) in Damascus, Syria today.

On the first day the Iranian representative will play the Lebanese team in Pool A, and Al Jalaa of Syria plays Ahli of Yemen in another match.
Mahram is another Iranian team in the event. Mahram is in Pool B. The team will play Appilied Science of Jordan on January 12.
A total of 10 teams have been brought together, divided into two pools.
The competitions serve as a qualifying tournament for the FIBA Asia Champions Cup
