TEHRAN – A top lawmaker has called on the Islamabad government to take serious action against the training terrorist camps based in Pakistan.

The lawmaker was referring to the shadowy Jundullah group which its operatives use the Pakistani soil as a launch pad for terrorist activities in Iran’s border province of Sistan-Baluchestan.
“Islamic Republic of Iran should give the Pakistani government an ultimatum and asks them to obliterate terrorist training centers in this country, otherwise Iran has the right to make the space unsafe for terrorists,” Kazem Jalali said, indirectly suggesting that Iran has the right to chase the terrorists across the border into Pakistan.
On Wednesday, a suicide bomber detonated an explosive device outside a mosque in the southeastern city of Chabahar during a Shia religious ceremony, killing 35 people and injuring more than 100 others. Women and children were among the victims. The terrorist group Jundullah claimed responsibility for the bombing.
Jalali, spokesman of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, also reported about the steps taken by the parliamentary committee concerning this terrorist action.
The committee has held a meeting with security, intelligence, judiciary officials and thoroughly examined the incident, he said.
Iranian officials have announced that nine suspects in connection with the attack have been arrested.
Investigations show that the terrorists have been linked with the Zionist regime, the lawmaker stated.
The Zionist regime’s intelligence agency Mossad in cooperation with the U.S. and Britain is using the counter-revolutionary groups to destabilize Iran, he noted.
The lawmaker also called on the Majlis and administration to allocate sufficient budget for installation of advanced monitoring systems along the country’s borderlines
