QAZVIN – National Prosecutor General Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei has said the nation’s might is an obstacle in the way of the enemies’ plots.
The Islamic Republic of Iran has such a might that neither the soft war nor the cold war or any other approach can undermine it, he said in a meeting of the judicial officials of Qazvin Province on Saturday.“Due to the existence of velayat-e faqih (the rule of the supreme jurisprudent) and despite all the internal and external plots, the enemy has realized that this system is becoming more powerful day by day,” the former intelligence minister said.
Commenting on the post-election unrest, the prosecutor general pointed out that some elements, both in and outside Iran, tried to undermine the system but the Supreme Leader’s tact has foiled all the plots.
Ejei also praised the role of the people in safeguarding the achievements of the Islamic Revolution and emphasized that the people have entered the stage whenever needed
