TEHRAN -- Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has called on the country’s elite to clarify their position toward the enemy.

Transparency is the enemy of the enemies but ambiguity helps the enemy, and this is a criterion for assessing the actions and conduct of all people and political groupings, especially the elite, Ayatollah Khameni said at a meeting with a number of officials in Tehran.
All political groupings should avoid ambiguous remarks, he added.
When the leaders of the arrogant powers and the occupiers of Muslim countries take a stance toward incidents occurring in the country, it is not acceptable to make ambiguous remarks, he stated.
Ayatollah Khamenei said the more influential elite in the society have a heavier responsibility than others.
The enemies never want to see a transparent atmosphere in the country because they can implement their plans against the country when there is a lack of transparency in society, the Supreme Leader observed.
Over the past three decades, the people’s massive participation in the rallies commemorating the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution has been the main cause of the failure of the enemy’s efforts to destabilize the Islamic establishment, Ayatollah Khamenei said.
He went on to say that the enemies are trying to promote the idea that the Iranian people are divided.
Animosity toward the Islamic establishment will continue in the future, but if the nation is vigilant and determined, they can foil all plots, he added
