Tehran hosts 3 intl. industrial fairs

TEHRAN – The 14th International Exhibition of Textile Machineries, the 2nd International Bread Exhibition (Bread 2008), and the 7th International Exhibition on Biscuit, Confectionary and Chocolate kicked off here on Saturday at the Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds.
The Seventh International Exhibition on Biscuit, Confectionary and Chocolate displays the related machineries and raw materials from 186 Iranian and 62 foreign companies from 23 countries namely China, Sweden, Turkey, Italy, Australia, Singapore, Germany, Syria, Thailand, the Netherlands, Greece, Austria, Britain, Malaysia, Brazil, Argentina, the U.S., Iraq, Switzerland, France, Canada, Denmark, and Japan.At the Second International Bread Exhibition, 23 foreign firms from France, Italy, Germany, China, South Korea, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, the U.A.E, and Turkey as well as 65 Iranian companies will showcase their latest achievements and cutting-edge technology in the fields of industrial bread baking machinery and bread enhancers.
The 14th International Exhibition of Textile Machineries showcases textile machineries and accessories, sewing machines, embroidery machines, wall to wall carpeting, apparel machinery, and raw materials of 137 domestic companies and 66 foreign companies from Malaysia, India, Taiwan, South Korea, Turkey, Spain, Japan, Belgium, Italy, Greece, Finland, Germany, Singapore, China, and Sweden.
