TEHRAN - Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei offered condolences to all Muslims over the outrageous bombings of the Al-Askari shrine in Samarra, Iraq and called on all Muslims to be on guard against enemy plots to foment discord among Muslims in a message issued on Thursday.
