KFZO to hold Persian Gulf Air Show 2006

TEHRAN — Following the successful running of the first and second international air shows held in the Iranian island of Kish in the past years, the Kish Trade Promotion Center supported by Kish Free Zone Organization (KFZO) intends to hold its third international air show dubbed "Persian Gulf Air Show 2006".

The exhibition and air show will encompass indoor and outdoor spaces each covering around 14,000 square meters. The aircraft static display area of the air show will extend 100,000 square meters to facilitate ample space for different acrobatic air shows of various aircraft, helicopters, paramotors, balloons, kites and other light aircrafts.

A number of domestic and foreign companies, organizations and institutes in the sectors related to the aerospace, aircraft building, aviation, air navigation, in-flight communication, air transportation, airlines, airport equipments and services, quality control, research and training will put on display their products and services during the exhibition and its associated air show.

Many experts maintain that Iran Kish Air Show 2006 will provide a suitable venue for participants and visitors to meet with their potential counterparts to discuss their subjects of interests and explore business opportunities.

The Third International Air Show Persian Gulf to be held in cooperation with the Civil Aviation Organization (CAO) of the Islamic Republic of Iran will be open from November 28 to December 1, 2006 in Kish Island.
