Allah alone knows the agonies you have gone through. You are still suffering. Maybe your wounds are healed by now. Yet, other pains harrow your soul and erode your mind. You went to war and risked your lives to safeguard the territorial integrity of your country, to defend innocent women and men and to build a safer society for coming generations. Your hearts overflowed with hope and faith. Allah was with you and you did not need anyone else. You placed your trust in Him and supplicated to Him in the dead of night to give you courage and patience to oust the oppressive foe from your noble land and emerge victorious in order to gladden the hearts of all your brothers. When you went to the battlefield, you entertained no hope for reward but to please Him. You fought well and valiantly and defeated the ferocious enemy and brought victory to the dear people of Iran.

This was your reward. You might be unable to walk now. You may be unable to lift a hand or even satisfy your basic needs by yourselves. There may be someone nearby to help you. There may be no one to help you. You may be now all alone, all all alone and crying sometimes out of loneliness, out of despair that others are inattentive to you. But brother. Do not give up hope. Hope is the prelude to faith. Let not the devil take your faith away. Let not despair crush you. You made sacrifices and Allah will reward you. Allah will help you up.

Lift your eyes to the Heaven above and behold the glory of Allah. Allah is smiling upon you.
