Iran denounced the attack in Sydney. In a statement posted on X, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baqaei wrote: “We condemn the violent attack in Sydney, Australia. Terror and the killing of human beings, wherever committed, are unacceptable and must be condemned.”
