TEHRAN – The commander of the Iranian Army Ground Forces in Sistan and Baluchestan province says a border guard was killed in Zabul after a terrorist opened fire on him. 

Brigadier General Adel Heydari said the terrorist was eventually liquated. 

Heydari underscored that any hostile action from the enemy will be met with a robust response, assuring that the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran will not tolerate any threats.
 Earlier, on September 30, three separate terrorist attacks occurred in various cities within Sistan and Baluchistan province, resulting in the martyrdom of six military personnel.
