Iraq's National Wisdom Movement ready to assist Lebanon
TEHRAN- Seyyed Ammar Hakim, the leader of Iraq's National Wisdom Movement, referenced Ayatollah Sistani's statement calling for an end to the Israeli army's aggression in Lebanon.
Hakim noted that Sistani's appeal for all possible efforts to halt these brutal attacks reflects the profound sorrow and pain inflicted by the Israeli regime's actions. He expressed his full respect for Sistani's statement.
Hakim urged members of Iraq's National Wisdom Movement, as well as all believers and those with awakened consciences, to immediately begin providing humanitarian aid to the Lebanese people. He emphasized the urgent need for serious action to stop these barbaric attacks and protect innocent civilians.
Al-Arabi al-Jadeed reported that Iraqi resistance groups have agreed to provide direct support to Hezbollah in the event of a potential ground operation by the Israeli army in southern Lebanon. These groups have committed to supplying weapons and fighters, as well as continuing drone and missile attacks from within Iraq and Syria targeting sites in occupied Palestine.
As part of the agreement among Iraqi resistance factions, the conflicts will also extend to U.S. bases in Iraq and Syria.
