TEHRAN – Mohammad-Ali Dehghan Dehnavi has been appointed by the Industry, Mining and Trade Minister Mohammad Atabak as the new head of Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization (TPO), IRNA reported.

Dehghan Dehnavi holds a PhD in Industrial Economics from Tarbiat Modares University and has previously served in positions such as Deputy Minister of Economy and Head of the Securities and Exchange Organization.

Dehghan Dehnavi replaced Mehdi Zeyghami who was the head of the mentioned organization since September 2023.
