Iran's military recognized as world's most powerful anti-terror force: commander
TEHRAN- The deputy chief of the Iranian Army for Coordination declared that Iran's armed forces are recognized as the foremost anti-terrorism entity globally.
During his address at the Xiangshan Security Forum in Beijing, Rear Admiral Habibullah Sayyari emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran's military is viewed as the largest and most formidable anti-terrorist organization worldwide.
Sayyari asserted that regionally, they are prepared to confront any acts of recklessness, disorder, or violations of international standards, noting that the so-called global hegemonic powers have repeatedly faced the repercussions of such confrontations.
Sayyari expressed his appreciation for participating in the forum, which promotes the noble principles of equality, freedom, inclusivity, and mutual learning.
In his speech at the “Global Peace and Security Forum,” held on Friday, Sayyari remarked on the current global landscape, which is fraught with tensions, conflicts, and confrontations that pose serious threats to humanity.
He further stated, “While these challenges have historical precedents, their current intensity demands expert and elite gatherings like the Xiangshan Forum to devise fundamental and practical strategies aimed at improving the global human condition.”
The Global Peace and Security Forum (GPSF) serves as an international platform uniting essential stakeholders from diverse sectors to engage in discussions and tackle urgent matters concerning peace, security, and conflict resolution.
The forum's objective is to encourage dialogue, exchange knowledge, and advance creative solutions to worldwide challenges.
