TEHRAN - Members of Iran’s Securities and Exchange Council have elected Hojatollah Seydi as the new head of Iran’s Securities and Exchange Organization (SEO), IRIB reported.

 Seydi, who has served in various executive positions, replaced Majid Eshqi during a meeting of the mentioned council on Wednesday.

The new SEO’s head has also been a board member of Bank Saderat Iran, and Iran Khodro Company.
