Pezeshkian extends national day greetings to Malaysian leaders
TEHRAN- Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has sent separate congratulatory messages to the King and Prime Minister of Malaysia, as well as to the Malaysian people, in celebration of Malaysia's National Day.
In his message to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim Iskandar, the King of Malaysia, Pezeshkian expressed his confidence that the strong, brotherly relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Malaysia will continue to grow, further uniting the Islamic Ummah.
He highlighted the importance of these ties in promoting solidarity and cooperation within the Islamic community.
In a similar message to Malaysia's Prime Minister, Anwar Ibrahim, President Pezeshkian emphasized the enduring Islamic, cultural, economic, and political bonds between the two nations.
He expressed his belief that these connections will continue to deepen, benefiting both countries and supporting the broader interests of the Islamic world.
Pezeshkian congratulates Kyrgyzstan on Independence Day
In a separate message, President Pezeshkian congratulated Kyrgyzstan on the anniversary of its independence.
Addressing President Sadyr Japarov, Pezeshkian conveyed his belief that the relationship between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Kyrgyz Republic, founded on mutual respect, will see further growth and strengthening in the years ahead.
He also reaffirmed that under Iran's 14th administration, expanding cooperation with neighbouring and regional countries remains a key focus of Iran’s foreign policy.
