Army pledges support for Pezeshkian administration's policies
TEHRAN- The commander-in-chief of the Iranian Army extended congratulations to the ministers of the administration of Masoud Pezeshkian for securing the vote of confidence from the Iranian Parliament.
Major General Seyyed Abdulrahim Mousavi affirmed the readiness of the Iranian Army to bolster bilateral cooperation across various sectors and specialties by utilizing available resources.
Mousavi communicated with 19 ministers and presidential deputies by separate messages, congratulating them on gaining the trust of the esteemed representatives of the Iranian populace. He emphasized the army's extensive capabilities present in universities, research institutions, and educational organizations.
Mousavi underscored the importance of fostering bilateral cooperation and following the system's overarching policies and the visionary strategies of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
“The president's academic approach to enhancing national unity is crucial for instilling greater hope within society,” he noted.
The commander-in-chief expressed his belief that strengthening collaboration between the army and the national unity government, along with the army's headquarters, deputies, and ground, air, and naval forces, as well as the strategic studies center, with the presidential deputies and trusted ministers of the Iranian Parliament, will be vital.
Mousavi highlighted that government support for initiatives aimed at improving combat capabilities, expanding defense diplomacy, and advancing scientific and technological production will effectively safeguard the interests of the system and the Iranian populace.
