TEHRAN – In a recent development within the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), Brigadier General Ali Mohammad Naeini has been appointed as the new spokesman and deputy for public relations.

This appointment comes following a recommendation by the Representative of the Leader of Islamic Revolution and has been officially sanctioned by Major General Hossein Salami, the Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC.

General Naeini takes over the role from Brigadier General Ramazan Sharif, who has served in this capacity with distinction. 

General Sharif has now been reassigned to a new pivotal position within the IRGC. By the decree of Major General Hossein Salami, he will serve as the head of the IRGC's Center for Documents and Defense Studies. This center plays a critical role in preserving the historical records and conducting research on the defense strategies and operations of the IRGC.
