Iran fall to France in 2024 VNL

TEHRAN – Iran lost to France 3-0 (25-21, 25-17, 25-20) in the 2024 Volleyball Nations League (VNL) Week 3 on Friday.
Jean Patry scored 16 points for France, while Iran’s Milad Ebadipour bagged 10 points.
Team Melli will play Germany on Sunday.
Iran had defeated the U.S. and the Netherlands in their previous matches.
The VNL Preliminary Phase features three competition weeks per gender, with each of the 16 teams playing 12 matches.
The seven best-ranked national teams in the Preliminary Phase will join hosts Poland for the Finals, which will be held in Lodz from June 27 to 30.
