TEHRAN – Mes Rafsanjan football team defeated Paykan 5-4 on Thursday in penalty shootout to book their spot at the 2023/24 Hafi Cup quarterfinals.

In the match held in Rafsanjan’s Shohada Stadium, after the match ended 1-1 after 120 minutes, Mes held their nerve to win 5-4.

Jalaleddin Alimohammadi was on target for the hosts in the 33rd minute and Abolfazl Zamani leveled the score three minutes into the second half.
