IIDCYA children’s theater brings entertainment to underprivileged villages
TEHRAN- The children's theater section of the Institute for Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (IIDCYA) has been diligently active since the start of the Persian New Year on March 21, with a special focus on bringing entertainment and joy to deprived villages across the country, an official with the institute has said.
Several children's theater performances have already taken place in various regions, leaving a positive impact on the communities and uplifting the spirits of families and children, Mehr quoted Saeid Zeinolabedin as saying on Monday.
The heartwarming response encourages the institute to continue its mission of cultural enrichment in remote areas, he noted.
"In the coming days, we are planning to stage more captivating plays in collaboration with the Institute's mobile rural libraries, specifically targeting less privileged villages," he added.
This initiative aims to provide both educational and entertaining experiences for children in underserved regions and promote a love for theater and literature among the youth, he mentioned.
