Iranian footballer Heydari banned for four years for doping violation

TEHRAN – Iranian football player Mohammadhossein Heydari has been banned for four years after the player tested positive for a prohibited substance.
adverse analytical finding for prohibited substance “19-Norandrosterone”.
19-Norandrosterone is a metabolite of the anabolic androgenic steroid nandrolone, and can help in increasing muscle strength and mass, and to speed up recovery.
The test was submitted on May 15, which makes Heydari eligible to return May 14, 2027.
Heydari is a member of Saipa football team in Iran’s first division league.
